Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OwnersPath services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including licensed private label partners and their enrolled clients.

2. Services Description

OwnersPath provides a business credit building and lender readiness platform, licensed to professional partners on a private label basis. Services include business credit coaching, lender compliance tools, document collection assistance, and access to lender databases and funding reports. We are not a lender and do not guarantee approval for any specific loan or credit product.

3. License and Permitted Use

Private label partners receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the OwnersPath platform under their own branding. This license is non-transferable and may not be sublicensed. Partners may not reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the proprietary methodology, software, or content of the platform.

4. Payment Terms

Fees are charged as described in your enrollment agreement. Monthly fees are due on the same day each month. Annual fees are due at the start of each term. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are in USD.

5. Disclaimers

OwnersPath provides educational and informational tools. We make no guarantee that a specific credit score, loan amount, or lender approval will result from use of the platform. Business credit building timelines vary based on individual circumstances, creditworthiness, and lender requirements beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwnersPath shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, methodology, software, trademarks, and materials within the OwnersPath platform are owned by or licensed to OwnersPath. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. Partner branding applied to the private label portal remains the property of each respective partner.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship upon written notice. OwnersPath reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms other users or the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notification.
