Refund Policy
Please read before enrolling. OwnersPath services are non-refundable.

No refunds are issued for OwnersPath services
All sales are final. This policy applies to all enrollment fees, monthly subscription fees, and annual plan fees.
1. No-Refund Policy
OwnersPath provides immediate access to proprietary educational content, coaching materials, lender databases, and platform tools upon enrollment. Due to the digital nature of these services and the immediate access granted, all fees paid are non-refundable.
2. What This Covers
- Initial enrollment fees
- Monthly subscription fees
- Annual renewal fees
- Any add-on services or upgrades
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. Access continues through the end of the current paid period.
4. No Outcome Guarantee
OwnersPath does not guarantee specific credit scores, loan approvals, or funding outcomes. The effectiveness of our tools depends on individual business circumstances, creditworthiness, and factors beyond our control. Lack of a desired outcome is not grounds for a refund.
5. Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is a documented billing error on our part. If you were charged an incorrect amount or billed after a valid cancellation, please contact us immediately and we will investigate and correct verified errors.
